I hope everyone has had a great weekend. CHS has a lot to celebrate this spring as Boy's Tennis, Boys Soccer and Track and Field have all earned spots at the Spring Fling State Championships in Murfreesboro. Also a huge congrats to Girl's Lacrosse for a State Runner-up season. Congrats to all these programs and hopefully we can all keep it going.

What you have been working for is finally here, enjoy it and be proud of what you have accomplished. Have a great week, eliminate as much stress as possible and enjoy being one of the top 16 athletes in the State competing this week. You have earned this, now show up and compete!!

5/19- Monday- Scattered Storms, 85- Practice 3:15-5:00

5/20- Tuesday- Possible strong storms, 85- Practice 3:15-5:00

5/21- Wednesday- Few showers, 76- Practice 3:15-5:00

5/22- Thursday- TSSAA State Championships at MTSU

I will be at the stadium at 7:45 a.m. and will set up our team tent in the far corner of the team warm up area. I will have the athlete wrist bands and coaches passes. So when you arrive, call or text me (931-265-9216) and I will meet you at the athlete entrance into the warm up area to give you your credentials. Please be sure to arrive at least 1 hour prior to your event. If your event is in the afternoon, parking will fill up, so please arrive early enough to find a place to park and take traffic into consideration in making your travel plans.

Good luck! Show up rested, calm and focused and ready to compete!!! This is what you have been training for all season, you are ready, now you just have to line up and do it!!!

Please don't forget our end of year awards celebration on June 1 from 2:00-4:00 in the CHS. I know many will already have summer plans, but if you can make it, pleas come out and celebrate what a great year we have had and what these great young men and women have done.
