Important message from the Athletic Department regarding physicals for next school year:

There will be sports physicals held in the boys locker room hallway (training room area) on Thursday, May 22nd, 8:30-12:00pm. Coaches, faculty and staff please spread the word to your team, students and parents. We will have a sign-up sheet in the Commons Office for anyone interested in getting a physical. I will need the student's name, phone number and the time they are expecting to come between the allotted time frame mentioned above. The cost of the physicals are $30.

The student and parent will need to have their Big Teams account created and all required forms completed online beforehand. Our athletic trainer will have the 2 necessary physical forms printed to be filled out by the physician on Thursday morning. Please don't forget to bring the $30 (cash or check) payment with you.
